The origin of Rus is Recycle/reUse/Sustainability, We are designing an ethical way forward for the jewelry industry, one handmade piece at a time. Each of our pieces is designed and unique.our organic shapes jewels is an outcome of inspiration from nature movement and the passion to create beauty.

About designer mai saito

Mai began her career working in the fashion industry in Tokyo, Japan, later taking her all the way to New York to study Fine Arts and Jewelry design at Parsons School of Design. While developing her vision for her brand, Mai prioritized design with sustainability. Rus, founded in 2017, merges Mai’s passion for design with sourcing ethical materials. Process and experimentation are at the heart of Mai’s practice. Each piece is hand-made with care and thought. Each piece from Rus is strongly influenced by abstract art and nature.
