Our Policy Lasts 10 Days. If 10 Days Have Gone By Since shipping date, We Cannot Offer You A Refund Or Exchange.

Exchange 

We only exchange items if they are defective or damaged. If this is the case please email info@rusjewelry.com before returning your item by registered post. It must be in the original packaging. To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please send back via USPS. We cannot refund or exchange any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or is missing parts for any reason other than defective workmanship.
